Object of the game:
Be the first player to collect all the letters in the word JINXT two times.
To start the game all players will roll one red dice.
The player who rolls a JINXT! will start the game.
If multiple players roll a JINXT!, only those players will continue to roll until only one JINXT! has been rolled.
All players roll one red dice inside the JINXT! cup and place it face down on the table so no players (including themselves) know what the dice value is under the cup.
Starting player rolls the 3 white dice.
Scoring possibilities for each roll:
3 of the Same Letter = Current rolling player earns a single mark as a score in that letter and then passes the 3 white dice to the left player.
1 JINXT! = Current rolling player picks any other player’s cup to reveal the hidden dice. The revealed letter will be added to the current rolling player's score, and the player will roll again. The revealed player's dice must be rerolled.
NOTE: If the revealed hidden dice is a JINXT!, the player who has the hidden JINXT! gets to choose a letter of their choice as a single mark to their score and now has control of the 3 white dice for the next roll.
2 JINXT! = Current rolling player has two cups to choose. Each revealed letter will be added as a single mark to the current player's score, and the player will roll again.
NOTE: If the first cup reveals a hidden JINXT!, the current player will not get to choose a second cup.
NOTE: If the second cup reveals a hidden JINXT!, that player gains control of the 3 white dice.
3 JINXT! = Current rolling player can close out any letter of their choice by adding 1 or 2 marks to that letter. Marks cannot be used for more than one letter. The player rolls again.
- If none of the above is a result of the current player's roll, the dice are passed to the next player.
- If the current player reveals any letter they do not need, the dice are passed to the next player.
